DIETARY GUIDELINES AYUSANTE WAY........

  1.  A adequate nutritionally diet should be consumed through a wise choice from a variety of foods. 
  2. We should take care of a lady during Pregnancy and Lactation additional food and extra care is required.
  3. Oriority exclusive breast-feeding should be practiced for upto 6 months if there is no challenges in Breast Feeding. In normal and Healthier condition Breast-feeding can be done upto 2yrs.
  4. After completing 6 months infants can be introduced to food supplements. 
  5. Right Nutritinal and proper balance diet should be taken by children and adolescents, both in healthy and disease conditions.
  6. Green Vegie specialy leafy Green vegetables, fruits should be used in plenty to get Vit , Minerals , Antioxidant , Fibres etc..
  7. Less of oils for cooking and foods containg animal contents should be used in moderation, and sparingly butter, ghee, dalda, vanaspati should be be used.
  8. Prevent over weight and obesity by not doing over eating. Proper physical exercise is must to maintain desirable body weight.
  9. Salt should be also used in less quantity.
  10. Healthy and positive food cooking and practices should be applied on day to day life, Processed and ready to eat food should be avoided .
  11. Water should be taken in adequate amounts ensure one glass before sleeping can save Heart Attack, and beverages should be consumed in less quantity.
